4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
Like all medicines this product can cause side effects, but not everyone gets them.
If any of the following or other side effects occur, stop taking this product and consult your doctor or pharmacist:
• Mild gastrointestinal complaints and allergic reactions (e.g. rash) have been reported with Horsetail Herb use. The freguency is not known.
• Nausea, vomiting and stomach ache have been reported with Uva Llrsi Leaf. The freguency is not known.
• Uva Ursi Leaf may cause a greenish-brown colouration of the urine.

Reporting of side effects: If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at: www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard By reporting side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.
5. HOW TO STORE POTTER'S ANTITIS CYSTITIS RELIEF:
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief after the expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the label and base of the carton. Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original packaging.
Return any unused medicine to your pharmacist for safe disposal.

Each coated tablet contains:
80 mg Dry Extract Uva Ursi Leaf (Ardostaphylos uva-ursi (L.) Spreng) (5:2) (eguivalent to 200 mg Uva Ursi Leaf Extraction Solvent: Water 60 mg Buchu Leaf (Agathosma betulina (Berg.)) 23.4 mg Dry Extract Buchu Leaf (Agathosma betulina (Berg.)) (100:39) (eguivalent to 60 mg Buchu Leaf) Extraction Solvent: Water 16.8 mg Dry Extract Clivers Herb (Galium aparine L.) (100:28) (eguivalent to 60 mg Clivers Herb) Extraction Solvent: Water 12 mg Dry Extract Couchgrass Rhizome (Agropyron repens Beauvais) (5:1) (eguivalent to 60 mg Couchgrass) Extraction Solvent: Water 12 mg Dry Extract Horsetail Herb (Eguisetum arvense L.) This product also contains:
Ethyl Cellulose, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Lactose, Sucrose, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Croscarmallose Sodium, Talc, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Magnesium Stearate, Shellac, Kaolin Light, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Black Iron Oxide (E172), Yellow Iron Oxide (E172), Maltodextrin.
Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief is a greenish-grey coated tablet, available in containers of 60 tablets.

1. WHAT POTTER'S ANTITIS CYSTITIS RELIEF IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR:
Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to help flushing of the urinary tract and to assist in minor urinary complaints associated with cystitis in women, based on traditional use only. Containing Buchu and Extracts of Uva Llrsi, Clivers, Couchgrass, Horsetail and Shepherd's Purse.

2. BEFORE YOU TAKE POTTER'S ANTITIS CYSTITIS RELIEF:
Do not take Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief:
• if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• if you have or have ever had kidney problems such as kidney disease or infections
• if you have pain in one or both lower sides of your back which may indicate kidney infection or inflammation
• if you have fluid accumulation (oedema) due to a heart or kidney problem
• if you have been recommended a reduced fluid intake e.g. in severe heart or kidney disease
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• if you are under 18 years of age.
Consult your doctor:
• if you have or develop symptoms of a urinary tract infection e.g. painful and/or frequent urination
• if you have a high temperature
• if you have blood in your urine
• if you have difficulty urinating or you suffer from urinary incontinence
• if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 1 week.
Taking other medicines:
Please ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
You should not use Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief if you are pregnant or breastfeeding because there is no evidence that it is safe to do so.
Important information about some of the ingredients in Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief:
This product contains Sucrose and Lactose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
3. HOW TO TAKE POTTER'S ANTITIS CYSTITIS RELIEF:
It is important that you follow these instructions carefully.
For oral use.
Adult women over 18 years:
Two tablets three times a day after meals. It is important to drink plenty of fluids. The use in children and adolescents under 18 years is not recommended. Do not exceed the stated dose.
If your condition worsens or your symptoms persist for more than 1 week, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take too many Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief:
Stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If you forget to take Potter's Antitis Cystitis Relief:
If you miss a dose, take your next dose at the usual time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist if you need further advice.
