Goodnight also contains the following ingredients:
Sucrose, Lactose, Sodium Starch Glycollate, Talc (E553B),
Magnesium Stearate (E572), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Iron Oxide Black (E172), Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Maltodextrin.
Each tablet contains 222 mg of sucrose and 30 mg of lactose. If
you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
Each bottle of Goodnight contains 50 tablets.

1 What is Goodnight and what it is used for
Goodnight is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances based on traditional use only.
2 Before you take Goodnight
Do not take if you:
- are allergic to the ingredients (see section 6).
- are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- are under 18 years of age.
- are taking any other medicines to help you sleep.
Tell your doctor if you have an intolerance to some sugars.
This product contains the sugars sucrose and lactose (see section 6). The effects of this product may be increased by alcohol.
Excessive alcohol use should be avoided.
Driving and using machines
This product may cause drowsiness. If you are affected do not drive or operate machines.
3 How to take Goodnight
Goodnight should be taken at the recommended dose until symptoms of sleeplessness are relieved, or natural sleep returns.
Dosage
Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew the tablets. Adults and elderly: Take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. Duration of use:- Goodnight should be taken 2-4 weeks continuously This product is not suitable for children or adolescents under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
If you take too much Goodnight (overdose)
If you take more than the recommended dose, see a doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner and take this leaflet with you.
If you forget to take Goodnight
Continue to take your usual dose at the usual time.
Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

If you have any questions, or are unsure about anything, please ask your doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner.
4 Possible side-effects
There are no known side effects from taking Goodnight as instructed in this leaflet. However, if you notice any side effects after taking Goodnight, please inform your doctor or pharmacist. This product may cause drowsiness. If you are affected do not drive or operate machines.
5 How to store Goodnight
If your difficulty in sleeping continues
If your sleeplessness persists or worsens after using this product for 4 weeks, tell your doctor.
Do not use the tablets after the expiry date
The expiry date is printed on the bottle label and the outer carton. Return any unused tablets to your pharmacist who will dispose of them for you. Store below 25°C in the original package.
Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children.

60mg Verbena herb (Verbena officinalis L.)
30mg Hops strobiles (Humulus lupulus L.)
36mg extract from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L) (5:1)
30mg extract from Passion flower herb (Passiflora incarnata L) (3:1)
18mg extract from Wild lettuce herb (Lactuca virosa L) (5:1)
