1. What this product is and what it is used for
This product contains Valerian root extract and also Fennel and Myrrh. It is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve symptoms of dyspepsia and flatulence, based on traditional use only.
2. Before you take this product
Do not take this product if you are:
• Under 18 years of age
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Allergic to any of the active ingredients or Apiaceae family (Umbelliferae) (aniseed, caraway, celery, coriander and dill) or to any of the excipients.
• Taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety
Driving and using machines
This product may affect your ability to drive or use machines. If affected, do not drive or use machines.
Warning The effects of this product may be increased by alcohol. Therefore excessive consumption of alcohol whilst taking this product should be avoided.
3. How to take this product
For oral use only.
Adults and the elderly:
One or two tablets to be taken after meals.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
The use in children or adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended.
Duration of use: If symptoms worsen or persist after one week, a doctor or a qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted.
If you take too much of the product (overdose): Speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner immediately and take this leaflet and bottle with you.
If you forget to take this product: Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose(s). Continue to take your usual dose at the usual time. It does not matter if you have missed a dose.
After taking this product: You must speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner:
• If your symptoms get worse
• If your symptoms do not improve after one week
• If side effects not listed in this leaflet occur
4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines Herbal Indigestion and Flatulence Tablets can have side effects. Possible side effects are:
• Gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, stomach discomfort.
• Allergic reactions affecting the skin or respiratory system.
Consult your Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner if these side effects persist for more than a few days or become troublesome or if you notice any other side effects.

5. How to store this product
• Keep the tablets in the bottle until it is time to take them
• Do not take the tablets after the expiry date (see outer label)
• Store the tablets below 25 0C
• Keep the bottle tightly closed
• Keep the tablets out of sight and reach of children

About this product: Each tablet contains:
14 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (5-6:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% v/v
14 mg Fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare Miller subsp. vulgare var. dulce (Miller) Thellung)
19 mg Myrrh gum-resin(Commiphora molmol Engler)
This product also contains the following inactive (excipient) ingredients:
Extract excipients: maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica Tablet core: Calcium Phosphate Dibasic, Calcium Sulphate Dihydrate, Potato Starch, Peppermint Oil, Stearic Acid, Ethyl Cellulose N100
