1. What this product is and what it is used for
This product contains Slippery Elm Bark. It is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve sore throats associated with coughs and colds, based on traditional use only.
2. Before you take this product
Do not take this product if you:
• Are under 12 years of age
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are allergic to Slippery Elm or any of the excipients in this product
• Have difficulty swallowing or breathing, if sore throat is severe and is accompanied by high temperature, headache, nausea or vomiting or if you have blood in your saliva
3. How to take this product
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: One Lozenge to be sucked as required.
If you take too much of the product (overdose): Speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner immediately and takethis leaflet and bottle with you.
If you forget to take this product: Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose(s). Continue to take your usual dose at the usual time. It does not matter if you have missed a dose.
Duration of use: Do not use for more than 7 days. If the symptoms worsen during the use of the product or persist for more than 7 days, a doctor or qualified health care practitioner should be consulted.
4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines this medicine can have side effects.
Tell a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner if you notice any side effects.
After taking this product: You must speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner:
• If your symptoms get worse
• If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days
• If side effects not listed in this leaflet occur
• If you have difficulty swallowing or breathing, if sore throat is severe and is accompanied by high temperature, headache, nausea or vomiting or if there is blood in your saliva

5. How to store this product
• Keep the lozenges in the bottle until it is time to take them
• Do not take the lozenges after the expiry date (see outer label)
• Store the lozenges below 25 ° C
• Keep the bottle tightly closed
• Keep the lozenges out of sight and reach of children

About this product: This is a traditional herbal medicinal product that contains Slippery Elm Bark.
Each tablet contains 200mg Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra Muhl.)
This product also contains the following inactive (excipient) ingredients: Xylitol, Calcium Phosphate Tribasic, Potato Starch, Vegetable Fatty Acid, Acacia.
