It is the responsibility of you the supplier/printer to ensure the following is read in full. Errore/changes as a result of not following these instructions may result in unnecessary additional costs.

Please ensure all detailed information is checked/approved before artwork is submitted for amends or approval, failure to do so may result in artwork delays.

The title and sub descriptor on the front of pack cannot be changed. It has been agreed in advance by Morrisons compliance department, the supplier and Morrisons copy manager.

Please confirm cutter guide and orientation is correct, if not please supply new cutter to SGS.

Please ensure this artwork is checked by your printer and their comments are included.

Please confirm the printer information in red is correct. Please supply/confirm recycle information.

Please confirm the size, colour and position of the eye marks are correct.

Please review any previous artwork versions and note any rejected annotations.

Please do not repeat annotations previously rejected.

1.    Brand Colours to match spectrally to CXF Data.

2.    Image to match epson supplied with priority focus on the brown background.

3.    Pantone colours to match spectrally to digital Pantone Plus library.

4.    All process elements to match Epson. If this drifts slightly to deliver point 2 this is acceptable.

5.    Varnish level to fall within the defined GU levels indicated in the “varnish specification''.

Under no circumstance should any changes be carried out once the data is approved and/or released without express permission from the packaging team at Morrisons. If a change is required you should refer to the graphics provider.
