WOODWARDS NAPPY RASH OINTMENT
Woodward's Nappy Rash Ointment contains the following active ingredients: Cod Liver Oil BP 11.4% w/w Zinc Oxide BP 38% w/w
It also contains the following inactive ingredients:
Liquid Paraffin BP Yellow Soft Paraffin BP Lanolin (Anhydrous) BP Castor Oil BP
Dilute Sodium Hypochlorite BP
Lanolin may cause local skin reactions (e.g. Contact dermatitis). Pharmaceutical Form
A smooth white ointment contained in Aluminium tubes of 20g, 25g, and 50g and white polystyrene jars of 25g, 125g, 250g and 350g oh product.

For the treatment of nappy rash, minor skin conditions.
BEFORE USING WOODWARDS NAPPY RASH OINTMENT
The following information should be read before taking this medicine:
1. Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients listed at the beginning of this leaflet.
2. Make sure the product is suitable for you to use - ask your doctor or pharmacist.
3. If you are pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
4. For external use only.
5. If your symptoms persist, or worsen, consult your doctor.
6. This product contains Lanolin.
DIRECTIONS FOR USING WOODWARDS NAPPY RASH OINTMENT
Adults, children and the elderly:
Wounds requiring a dressing:
The ointment should be applied thinly to clean dressing material, sufficient to cover the affected area and an area of healthy skin extending beyond the affected part.
The dressing should then be pressed gently onto the wound.
Superficial wounds:
The ointment can be used directly, one to three times daily.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS
The following undesirable effects have been reported following use of this product:
Very rarely, rash may occur. Should you experience any reaction, the please report this to your doctor or pharmacist who will advise you on the necessary action to take.
STORING YOUR MEDICINE
This product has a three year shelf life. Do not use Woodward's Nappy Rash Ointment after the expiry date shown on the label.
Do not store above 25oC. Store in a cool dry place and keep out of the reach and sight of children.
